- Share an unboxing video or clear images for verification (this is mandatory for damaged items)
After approval, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Returns Not Accepted For
- Used or opened products
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor color or design variations (if applicable)
